Demonology PVP stealth nerf or bug?

I just attempted two solo shuffle queues and found that my damage was way down from where it was last week? I swapped to the meta spec and got the same experience? Is anyone else experiencing that? I just want to be sure before I report it as a potential bug.

Not experiencing a nerf on my end but I’m low level pvp

I’m notice higher damage. I’m doing like 400k average dps now which is still lower than those s tier specs but respectable.

Hellcaller got a stealth nerf for sure
