Is there a reason why this passive unlocks until level 28? You get demonbolt several levels earlier and there is no real reason to cast it before that passive considering its 4.1 second cast time.
I know blizzard forgot demo existed, but maybe the passive could be moved at the exact time you learn demonbolt???
I have no idea, thats a spec that has been kicked around since WOD ended.
I mean the notion is you can pre-cast it before going into an encounter and later wait for procs.
If you get the passive only later you just use it at the start of the fight and never after.
Demonic Core has been like this since Mists of Pandaria. I doubt they’ll ever fix it at this point.
It’s not that Blizzard doesn’t care about Demo in this case, it’s just that Blizzard doesn’t care much about levelling or the levelling experience in-general. As long as you can grind to 50 in a day and there aren’t any major bugs, they’re satisfied. Things like class design, tuning, gearing, PvP etc… only become relevant topics for them at max level. Otherwise they just don’t care.
I’d say its more them having no idea what they are doing.
