it is in your spell book, everytime you change your talents it is gone…

You need to spec into it now with a talent point.

It’s no longer base-line (for reasons), as such you’ll need to spec into it for every build.

It’s in your class tree, middle top.

you are not alone in this - I was frantic last night about my teleport spell until a guildmate informed me what happened to it.
