Demonic Circle: Teleport question

I am wondering if my understanding of this spell is wrong. I put down the portal and get a icon for 15 minutes that it is available to teleport to. I can teleport once but when the cd of teleport is up it says I cannot do that yet and will not activate again.

I can put down a new portal and teleport fine.

My question is- are the portals 1 time use even though I get a 15 min timer on it?

Are you within range of the teleport circle. The same teleport circle can be used multiple times, if in range and teleport is off cooldown.

Maybe I was out a bit- Idk it seems to work now. Who knows what I did to make it hate me at first lol.
