Demon trainer

So idk if it was taken out of the game but I can only find warlock trainers and not demon trainers. Anyways I want to summon a new felguard with a different name and I know we use to be able to summon new demons but cant find the NPC for the life of me. google/mmo are not helping either. Anyways if anyone knows where they’re at or theyre even in the game LMK! TY <3

Should be in the cleft of shadow under Orgimmar.

Thats what I thought and there was a warlock guy there but when you click on him he just talks about how hes offering his services to the horde so they see that the warlocks mean well lol.

A shame you can’t key in the name of your demon, but it kind of makes sense.

Demons are summons unlike hunter pets…

It’s Murgul the Demon Trainer in the Cleft of Shadow. You have to ‘Abandon’ the pet to get a new one.

Coords are about 51.71, 39.92.

Found him thank you!

Why cant my felguard be named jeff, I’m peeved off, to say the least.

Lmao how great would that be?! Id name mine Greg

Holding out for an imp named Chad.

Who is the demon trainer in Stormwind? I’m in the room with the Warlock Trainer where I thought the demon trainer used to be, but he/she is no where in sight. I’ve done this before on the Voidwalker, but want to rename the Felguard

I found the one in Ironforge, but I don’t like Ironforge LOL. Oh well, at least I got it changed. If anyone knows where it is in Stormwind, please post here for future reference.

go down the basement, one of the warlocks there.

give us the ability to rename our pets like hunters

I love the unnecessarily (in this instance) shady “9 months later”.

No because that removes the fantasy of enslaving a sentient being. They have their own names and minds. And we force them to do things against their will. We don’t make friends and do belly rubs like lame hunters. We summon a being as aware of its existence as we are and often as smart(observers are actually smarter than us), and we say “hahah you serve me now even if that means killing your burning legion leaders.

Yep, demon trader is in between vendor tents…. standing on the corner, like a drug dealer

I sure hope for this useless necro, that in 10 months they have by now, found the demon npc.

I only want to be able to rename the glyph versioned of the demons. As of now it only renames the baseline but if you use a glyph it is what it is no changing it.

Golgore walked on in an endless desert. In search of a mystical place called the ‘Cleft of Shadow’ that had eluded him in his journey. The legends tell of a place where demons are exchanged and enslaved, and portals to otherworldly dimensions are opened. A place of great power, where dark energies seemingly emanate from the red, dry clay of Azeroth. He had heard of such tales from other travelers and longed to be there himself. To learn from the ancient wizards and warlocks of old. He must get there. Somehow. Someway.

He took a sip of his trusty Vault 13 canteen. His throat felt as dry as the clay under his feet. Scratchy as the claws of the beast he slew to decorate his armor. The sun was beginning to set and it would be dark soon. Such extremities of temperatures were not uncommon in the clay deserts of Durotar. His skin often felt as if he was being cooked alive during the day, but bone-chillingly cold during the nights when he wasn’t cuddled up next to his campfire. “Surely this cold is not unlike what travelers from Northrend speak of”, he thought to himself. After 40 days and 40 nights of his journey north, he saw the great gates of Orgimmar in the distance. He had finally reached his destination; yet his journey was not complete, for twas the deep underbelly of this city he yearned for.

He stepped through the gates, with a sense of awe on his face but fear in his gut. Inside, he was accosted by strangers on majestic mounts and dragon-like entities with awful names that did not make sense to him, such as “dragondeez”. He steeled himself for the remaining journey and ignored these beasts to the best of his ability, lest his faith in the pride of the Horde be adversely affected. Golgore detected a strange smell while walking near a cave entrance in the city and felt an overwhelming urge to go deeper. Surely this cave must lead to the Cleft of Shadow. The smell of dark energies in the air granted him a newfound sense of confidence and cringe, as warlocks are famously full of both as well.

The journey further underground was dark and full of terrors, but at least he reaches a large room at the center of the cave. Inside are all manner of strange orcs standing around with dialogue that doesn’t make sense, vendors of useless items, and a few warlocks standing around a hunched over Orc named ‘Murgul’. Was this the Murgul of which the legends speak? That which can exchange enslaved demons for those of ill-repute and dark magic gifts. He approaches, wishing to speak to him. The precipice of this long grueling journey has finally been reached. Just as he is about to open his mouth to speak, one of the warlocks turns to Golgore and says “gtfo of here hunter, this is for warlocks only. You can’t even use him, nerd.”. Golgore is infuriated, but just as he is about to respond, the world crashes because the servers are taken down for emergency maintenance by Blizzard.

The end.
