So with the 50% effectiveness of demon skin being reverted, does that mean we are going back to our chunky shields again?
It never should’ve had a nerf to begin with. Back in Dragonflight the PvP dev team realized late into the expansion that clothies were too squishy and effectively unhealable against double melee teams outside of defensives so cloth armor was buffed. Some streamers cried that demon armor might make warlock too tanky and they nerfed demon armor by 50% at the same time when all cloth classes armor damage reduction got increased.
Turns out the low mobility warlock was still too squishy against double melee so they’re undoing the nerf.
I wish they’d buff soul link another 5%-10% while they were at it.
