Demon Hunters are better friends than Death Knights

So I made this joke a lot during Legion that boiled down to “Thanks Death Knights, you just revived 4 more raid bosses for the inevitable return of the Scourge expansion.”
Well here we are: Bolvar was Sylvanas’d, the Scourge is loose, and we’re probably going to have to fight the horseman.
Then there’s the fact that DKs wiped out a lot of the red Dragonflight because…Alexstrasza is the Lifebinder or something so they were salty.

So now I have to ask: Have DKs ever actually done anything to HELP Azeroth? At least Demon Hunters clean up their messes and make Warlocks cry.
Maybe there needs to be a Archerus vs Vindicaar spaceship fight over Northrend. Lots of lasers and stuff.

Death Knights are nice guys deep down, they’re just misunderstood.

There was that time they tried honor Tirion’s memory by digging up his corpse to raise him as a rotting zombie to fight against the Legion. Sure, it’s probably the last thing Tirion would have wanted, but it’s the thought that counts.

Hey remember that time they straight up assaulted the Paladin order and killed off some of them just to try and get Tyrion? Yeah neither does Blizz.

I would rather go into battle with a DK at my side than a DH any day.

One talks of sacrifice, one has actually made it. The ultimate sacrifice.

Plus they’re so slow you know they won’t abandon you on the front lines. They cant.

Everyone fights and risks dying though. Death Knights didn’t sacrifice any more on that front. They just had the rest taken from them.
Demon Hunters willingly gave up the rest. That’s why they can say they “sacrificed”

Yeah but we death grip your heart and bring you in for those cool hugs in summer… demon hunters just snarl and glide away from friendship.

Back in the day, we also revived our late friends into ghoul pals so we didn’t have to miss out on friend time!

i feel like hating on all dks for the actions of other previous dks is discrimination

i mean what about the draenei,

death knights were azeroth only for the most part right? all the damage they’ve done is localized

but theres a lot of eredar that joined the burning legion, and im pretty sure they destroyed plenty of worlds before they were stopped on azeroth.

Illidan didn’t do that until after Akama had betrayed us.

Illidan betrayed Akama first. He didn’t give them Karabor back (the reason why Akama joined him), and corrupted it further.

And that’s not even the worst part.

The worst part is when Kayn and Allari did it again.

Akama says: Just kill me and be done with it.
Kayn Sunfury says: Oh, I think not. Allari, do what you do best.
Allari the Souleater says: It will be my pleasure.
Allari uses her Scythe of Souls to separate Akama’s shade from him.
Shade of Akama yells: I live again!
Akama says: No…

Whike you are right, I’m only looking at the current crop of DKs. The ones Arthas raised during WotLK. After gaining their freedom they did all I wrote about.
In one expansion!
While everyone else was fighting the Legion!
They even tried to destroy another Order Hall!

Akama was a butt. We left him behind on purpose.
