I saw the new cool new flying effects for your personal dragon and I’m like I’m a DH, I got wings, obviously and I want to fly/dive off cliffs like that, just like lord illidan.

There’s been threads about this ever since Legion came out. Hopefully they add it at some point.
They told DH’s long ago no visible wings because it would look silly.
Now they have a race with visible wings.
The time is now and I badly want this for my DH.
