Your Chaos damage has a 7.77% chance to be increased by 17%, occurring up to 3 total times. 7 times if talented twice.
I have been doing dungeons and also hitting training dummies for a couple minutes and this talent did not show up once on my buff bar during combat. Am I missing something? Also, there is no timer on the talent tooltip, how long does the 17% last for if its timed? Or, does it only last for the next instance of damage and fall off? I am so confused. I heard and read it was a good talent but where are people getting there sources from?
