Hello, I’m having an issue with the ability “Rain From Above”, and have been having it since I made the character late into legion.
The Bug is that when i leap into the air I don’t get the ability “Fel Lance”, and I gracefully float down to the ground disappointed.
Now this is a very strong ability in many situations, so I would love for this to become more known and a fix seen soon.
Does anyone still have this issue? I know a post I read about this bug from 2017 said, the addon “Bartender” fixed the issue. Now I like my UI and it doesn’t work with blizzards UI either for me. So it isn’t an addon issue.
I spoke to a GM about this, I attached screenshots with the wow base game UI and with Dominoes UI, and they said they would push it through to “Quality Assurance”. so lets hope for the best. But, does anyone else have the issue?

Bug Report forum is one-way only. No one will confirm whether they agree it’s a bug, that they’re fixing the bug, or that they have fixed the bug. You’ve made your report; you’ll know they fixed it when it starts working correctly (unless they choose to mention it in hotfix or patch notes, but they usually don’t).
I’ve also got this issue. Tested with no addons and a freshly deleted WTF folder. Still doesn’t change the primary action bar.

Additional Info. After some more testing on my end, it seems like this issue only presents itself when I have an extra action button present. I’ve used the ability without the EAB present and it changes the Action Bar to give me Fel Lance, but with in a zone with the EAB it doesn’t change.
