Demon Hunter Falling Through the World Using Fel Rush

My Havoc demon hunter falls through the world at least 1-2 times a day while using Fel Rush. Sometimes it happens so quickly that I can’t re-use the stuck character service for 3+ hours.

This never happened until I moved to TWW content. I’d just stop using the attack, but it’s pretty critical to a DH. I can’t find rhyme or reason to when it happens. I originally thought it was tight spaces, but I just fell through again in a wide open area.

Now the stuck character service is entirely down, so I can’t even get unstuck. I submitted a ticket with no response.

Is it just me? Am I doing something wrong?

This has also been happening to me, I fall through the world and have to wait a few minutes before connecting or else it just drops me again

same issue, Havoc is unplayable because of how often it happens. Only fix seems to be using the stuck character service

Apparently, this problem still exists. Happened to me twice within the same hour. Now I have to wait 3 hours to ask the automated system to unstick me.

No idea why there’s such a long cooldown on an automated service. Either way, looks like I’m speccing out of a Fel Rush build, lol.
