Came back for Dragonflight and wanted to look into getting some of the demon hunter artifact appearances. My demon hunter doesn’t have legion unlocked at all and I cannot find the quest on the adventure board. I checked another character that didn’t have legion unlocked and was able to find it on the board so something is wrong with this specific character. I have used the command from wowhead to see if I had actually completed the quest but it comes up false. I did try taking the portal to Azsuna and grabbing a hearthstone in Dalaran but I cannot use the hearthstone, and no order hall person shows up while I’m in Dalaran. I believe this is a bug and will be contacting support as well but I figured I’d post here and see if anyone else has this issue.
Demon Hunters have a slightly different path into Legion as the starting zone is part of the Legion story so they won’t see the quest on the board.
First, make sure you did the Demon Hunter quests when you first got to Stormwind from the starting zone. (I think the first quest is The Call of War.)
If you did those, then check and see if Elerion Bladedancer has any quests for you.
Finally, you can try going to Dalaran flying over the Deadwind Pass and head into the center of the city and see if Khadgar will give you In the Blink of an Eye.
