I built a Horde demon hunter, and when I attempt to abandon the quest “In the blink of an eye” (starts the legion storyline) Khadgar gets into my head and forcibly adds it back to my quest log.
Currently in WoD timewalking, went to the blasted lands and abandoned the quest. it was put back into my quest log the instant I loaded back into Orgrimmar. (this is the same account as the OP.)
