I’m relatively new to demon hunters in PvP and retail in general, how important is haste when I’m talented into KYE/AMN. Getting to a healthy level of haste would require lowering crit strike and I have no idea if haste is that valuable. I ask because I’m currently paralyzed thinking about what to spend the ever valuable conquest on. Pawn is telling me crit strike and mastery based on my build, but the fact that demon blades gets better with haste is the main hang up in my mind.
if you’re talented into AMN you stack mastery. PVP mastery build is much better. Go to armory, search “MVQDH” and just copy whatever that dude does. The goat DH player imo
My gear is not optimized to mastery yet bc i just came back yesterday after 10-12 days off but im shooting for
haste 4% or less
crit around 11-12
mastery 40%+

Oh wow, thank you so much! I was previously mastery stacked (43% in PvP) but thought it was underwhelming, now I see why. MVQDH goes as far as getting every piece mastery. I read somewhere that secondary stats diminish over 30%, but based on MVQDH that doesn’t seem true.
yea he even stacks both mastery weap enchants. Obv this dude is on a whole different level so if you want to tweak some things (like him using momentum side of tree) you could. For example, Trenacetate is doing a similar build but using the tree next to momentum with blind fury and isolated prey.

I wish I could give you reputation or something, you have no idea how much I appreciate your help. Thank you so much! I was essentially the mediocre part of a 3v3 team dividing my stats like a doofus.
