i just came back to wow about a week ago and would like to level a lock as an alt. Never play demo before and it seems fun so far, i just have one question though.
How do you guys keep track of your imps? I looked around the wago for some WA, found a neat one can pet timer written by patato , it shows every pet duration i have active, but somehow I dont know how i should track the #s of my imp, it only tracks the energy they have/casts left. Isnt keep track of our imp important for our implosion timing?
please share some tips for newbie trying to learn demo:)
Implosion does not calculate damage based on number of imps out but rather based on amount of imp energy at a given time so the energy trackers are more sensible.
What about for when I want to cast Demonic Tyrant? Is there a minimum amount of imps I should have out? Like the OP, I also was looking for a pet tracker aura but for this reason.
Most inclusive warlock wa sets, like Not’s or Ipse’s or Afenar’s will have a specific DeCon counter when you select that talent as you do care about actual imp count (o could be wrong. You may care about energy still. I don’t touch DeCon.)
As far as a minimum no, use Tyrant on cooldowna just try to plan ahead and pump it beforehand
