How about getting rid of the interrupt underneath the stun of the wrathguard minion?
I think this would make them just a tiny bit less lame to deal with.

I guess it’s a bit of both. 
is this a 2v2 perspective or a 3v3 perspective of them being op

also are you saying this because as a frost mage, you wanna be able to blink a stun or do damage after you blink a stun?
Yep. Right now, I’m forced to get a fake cast on the warlock’s main interrupt if I want to have an opening to cast. Otherwise, a chain of cc prevents me from casting a single spell.
It’s an oversight, and I don’t understand why it’s still a thing.

it’s not an oversight, it’s a pve primary thing that they kept in pvp because it only really hurts blink stun mages for the most part. demo has literally no interrupt in pve so they decided to give them an interrupt that’s also tied to their stun.
fake casting is a good skill to learn!

Nobody’s perfect with the fake casts. And to beat a competent demo lock as a frost mage, you have to be.
Elemental shamans have several openings because they don’t have the mortal coil, fear spam, reflect, curse of tongues, and undispellable shields that double their health pool every minute.
It wouldn’t be op if fear healed the way polymorph does. As the fight would simply end up with “no contest”.
Nobody is perfect with their interrupts.
Polymorph healing the target to full isn’t bad when your comp plays to 100-0, or aren’t hitting them at all

This is a tricky one.
So his problem with demo is, both pet stuns also function as a 4 second kick.
If you juke his call felhunter honor talent kick.
He can also kick you with the pet stun since its both baked into 1 button, and then 2nd felguard summon also runs out and stun + kicks you.
It is incredibly annoying to deal with that being said. Not overpowered but more of an annoyance.
I don’t think it needs nerfed but its just one of those things that can be tilting to be on other side of when it a well played demo using those 3 to interrupt and then fearing/coiling as micro interrupts.
From a frost mage/arcane mage/aff lock/spriest POV its maddening.
on the bright side, he wasted all his CC to do it, on the other end your tilted out of your mind

surprisingly, i never fought a demo lock smart enough to stun me while i’m casting shadow to prevent me from dispersing when i played spriest lol
I don’t play fire. Frost mage + rogue didn’t work like that most of the time. It kind of just involved me doing all the damage while my rogue sat on the other player.
But do know that I don’t mind polymorph healing targets. It would be very broken if it didn’t.
Yeah. You understand what I’m talking about. I simply avoid situations where I have to fight them, as it’s just awfully tedious.
Well you got good demos and bad demos. Like good ones will only ever throw axe toss on a 70-80% poly on a mage to prevent the cast and stop the mage from blinking the stun and getting out
Bad ones throw it on ring of frost or something.
Ya I don’t think it needs a nerf but it is super obnoxious, on the brightside he wasted all his CC to do it take some solace in that.
at least we got to the conclusion that you, like everyone else, wants demo nerfed because it’s annoying.
which is fair because tanks shouldnt be allowed to queue because they’re annoying, similarly how frost mage should be nerfed since it’s a 1 button dps spec
the question is tho, which warlock spec should take its place
Yes, the Deathborne frost mage spec has been nerfed in the last patch.
I can assure you, as night fae, I have to press many buttons! It’s so much more fun

i say sure… after they put polymorph on a 45sec cd to recast.
That was added primarily for PvE since demo lock players have been requesting that they get an interrupt ability (which isn’t an honor talent). It just carried over to PvP like that, but I don’t think that’s one of the obnoxious things about the spec. There are definitely other reasonable ways to tune down the spec.
