For the Delving Deeper quest in The Maw during the Maldraxxus storyline, stealth is not maintained around Ve’nari causing the mobs to attack you with no mercy killing you over and over again. Unstealthed when the first big guy shows up and never able to re-stealth around her despite being in the zone.

I also encountered this issue during the quest I was able to us Shadowmeld as A night elf to disengage from the enemy otherwise I would have been murdered.

Same issue. Seems like there are people trolling by bringing mobs in that do area attacks.
You know what’s fun? Finally making it so you can turn in this quest… except your durability is shot and the next quest is a boss (that also bugs out so you have to fight them twice) and you can’t mount in the Maw so you can’t repair.

I see numerous people on my server dying over and over to this, and I was able to get past it because I was walking through while others were being attacked. The Anima Shroud keeps dropping.
Exactly how I got through it. Worked fine on beta, so who knows what’s going on here.
This bug needs fixing asap please. This is part of the campaign quest line and is blocking progress for many

I found a way through. When she stops for the big monster, back way off and out of the stealth. after the elite monster has passed, reenter the stealth field

In the quest “Delving Deeper” Ve’naris shroud barely ever actually puts you in stealth. If it does, some enemies that shouldn’t be able to see you still do. At one point Ve’nari says, “Wait here. Let the beast pass.” But she almost always stops for a second then walks right through the elite, causing you to lose stealth and be forced to fight everything in the area, or be killed and restart the whole walk. I’ve had this same issue on all the characters I’ve leveled so far and most of my guildies and friends are experiencing the same bug. Not sure what’s going on here.
For anyone stuck on this, I recommend removing all your gear, and just run it like that. You’ll die a few times, but no loss of durability, making the next fight doable. … just remember to put the gear back on once you get to the Baron.
This quest is still bugged as of 16 December. I was able to maintain stealth by essentially being on top of Ve’nari but around the halfway point, it just drops off and I get attacked by all the creatures around.

Thank God my first character was a subtlety rogue, and didn’t notice the bug. I died three or four times, googled the bug, found all these posts and then promptly when back to Oribos and switched to Sands of Fate
On two of my characters, I’ve encountered this bug, but made it to the end, but the NPCs didn’t make it through. So I can’t complete the quest, and they don’t respond to tickets.
Still an issue but now Ve’nari seems to just want to walk right into the first elite you come across after telling you to wait for it to pass.
Piss poor design is piss poor.
Just experienced this. Done it on 3 characters before this and didn’t have an issue, now it’s like it doesn’t even hide you. Literally walking right beside her and something suddenly lunges at me, then after that it never worked again. Friend who was with me experienced the same thing.
It’s now Oct ‘22 and this is still an issue. Thank you for your comment, it helped me get through this bug.
