Just got Glory of the Delver one of the S2 unlock requirements but still at Brann level 55 so a bit concerned I will get him to 60 before S2 as that was stated as one of the unlock requirements.
Without alts this may be difficult as once past 55 it takes multiple days to level and I think level 60 may take 9 weeks with a single character!
If he is not 60 by start of S2 I am hoping there is some XP catch up buff we can use or we wont be able to run Delves at the start of the new season. Bummer.

Glory of Delver currently requires killing Zekvir on at least ? difficulty (Nemesis achievement) before the season ends, that achievement will have to be changed in season 2. Either removed or replaced with a season 2 equivalent.
That’s the only thing I can think of that in anyway shape or form has glory of the delver being involved in season 2 that in anyway correlates with progression.
They have never locked one season’s content behind another season (to my knowledge)

Nah, this would not be fair to people who did not play in the first season. I don’t see why Delves would have any type of lock to be honest.

That’s what I saying, having glory of the delver as a requirement for anything in season 2 is silly. OP needs to provide some evidence for their claim, or it’s bait.
I only mentioned the kill zekvir while he is current in season 1 thing as it will need to looked at will cause some weird issues. The kill zekvir while he is current is feat of strength but it is on the glory of the delver achievement, how do you do glory of the delver in season 2 if you didnt do it in season 1 if it has an achievement tied to it that can only be done is season 1. That’s why I said that achievement will need to changed in season 2

I think OP is trolling or blizzard is trying to kill their game. But I wouldn’t care if this was a requirement I still wouldn’t do it and I could forget about delves for the rest of the expansion.
