Can I please get an answer on why people do this? I would like it from someone that actually does this. I am completely at a loss on why they do this and what it accomplishes.
from my experience on all of my alts when this happens the group falls apart and the delve fails. the person that gets locked out because they are not there leaves. if the tank and healer have any sense they leave too. the group falls apart and you have to find a new one.
this is what happens when someone pulls before everyone is there. i am honestly perplexed as to why people do this. if you do this can you please tell me why. thank you.
I tried posting this to get an answer on Reddit and didn’t get an answer from someone that actually does this. I just got a lot of comments on why I was running in a group and that’s not what I am after. I just want someone that does that to give me a valid reason why because I can’t figure it out.
Started doing it this past week. Don’t really need a tank for T8 delves as long as you’re in the >590 range. So, just start rolling if everyone hasn’t zoned in after a minute or two and a healer is present. Have yet to have a group fall apart after doing it that way a handful of times.
Edit: zone in maybe isn’t the case for me, moreso just not in front of the first mobs. Don’t think I’ve ever locked anyone out.

You kinda have to has a healer unless you wanna have a REALLY long, tedious and boring time.

I prefer with a group, tbh. is boring solo more madness in a grp.
I do every now and then to mix it up.
Final boss of FF can be fun in groups lol, chaos everywhere.
If I’m there, my tank (voidwalker) always is too, whether he wants to be or not

Delves are tuned for dps to face tank, and play solo.
The first time I ever did a delve I did it with a group and it was horrible. I’ve never tried again since then. 100% solo and my brann is almost max level. For like 75% of the expansion I’ve been resto. Once you get to a certain point brann kind of just carries you

My question to you OP is why you are doing delves in a group? They are easier if they are soloed.

I don’t do randos either, but I commend them for it. Group play is definitely the way to go if you can. People are fun to interact with. Usually.

Why would you even need help in there in the first place? It’s still fully soloable even while scaled to 4-5 people.
