Basically, what title says, feral druid’s and rogue’s openers from stealth simply do not work in delves - enemy never gets stunned.
Not all enemies can be stunned. Do you have a specific enemy that it isn’t working on? Is it one specific tier or delve or seemingly any?
I do Delves solely on my Feral Druid and enemies that can be stunned, get stunned appropriately.
