I mean, I’ve read a lot of threads about kicking the healer if they’re pulling more than the tank, but it’s not an option here…
also it’d be nice to be able to skip trash since Brann gets no XP outside bountifuls but there he goes again…

Sure it can, better gear means better damage means things die faster mean you don’t get hit.
Sure. Let’s pretend boomies don’t have to cast…
and have no forms of crowd control.
You didn’t explain everything.
why are you doing a T10, gear literally caps out at T8.
what is your ilvl? Every tier literally recommends an ilvl and i seriously doubt you are at or above the recommendation for a T10, yet you complain.
Im at i588 and solo’d multiple T8 last night with ease when i believe the recommened gear for a T8 is i600+… i didn’t try going higher for stated reasons.
Its literally first week of delves in a two year expansion, you’re undergeared for a T10 you probably have no business being in and you’re wanting a nerf already?
Get some gear 1st and give it some time!
OP already stated the mob’s cast can’t be interrupted. FFS read.
interrupts are different from CC. There is more then one way to stop a cast.
The problem is that I cannot survive at melee range. It can kill me with 2~3 hits. Imagine you have maximum season iLvl you can still be killed within 3 seconds.
My CC needs 8-ish yard to take effect. If this pack can even let me survive more than 3 seconds at melee range I probably can handle this.
Cool, now explain how a boomie will do that based on OP’s information.
Especially since your original solution was damage, not CC.
a 10 is meant for 610+ it says what the minium ilvl is you hover over the tier you are doing…
Also for others the rewards from 9/10/11 are the same as an 8… 9+ is meant to be like CE its meant for the skilled players who want the title/cosmetics.
its basically kinda mage tower style
They aren’t strictly intended for solo players.
590 is well below the recommended ilvl for t10. Get more gear, level up your Brann.
DK has tons of CC also dont do it as a tank Tanks scale the mobs to 3x to 5x the damage. while DPS its far less. not sure why this is a thing but our guild noticed having a tank made the mobs hit like a mythic boss while no tank they are managable.
Apparently they are meant to be for groups only at higher levels. That isn’t how they advertised them but this is hardly the first time they advertised one thing and gave us something completely different.
And for someone who mains a tank this is especially a problem.
CC before a pull to reduce the number of casters before they become a problem, have a target kill priority. Utilize area awareness, if you know bran is going to be an issue pull far enough away that he won’t be an issue (Literally never had an issue with brann unless one of my own aoe’s hit something though). Purchase defensive outside of the delve found on various locations around the the new zones. Increase Ilevel so they can take more hits. The feedback isn’t unvaluable the situation can be dire, but unless proper ilevel Blizzard will probably ignore it and look more closely at their own statistics to see whos having issues and whats causing them.
Was responding to the person directly above the post, that was pretending that Boomkins have some super unique situation that makes them have no solutions to any problems being faced with casters.
Got it. So you have ignored everything OP has said, don’t know what a boomie’s kit is, and are spewing nonsense.
Let’s go back to where you originally said the solution to 24 million damage or 3-4 million per second damage was doing more damage with 10-20 higher ilvl.
entangling roots for cc or be max range moonfire and immediately run away before the mob starts casting and let brann get aggro
What ilvl are you. Are you at the recommended level.
I hope they don’t nerf them yet.
(585ilvl + no tier) VS (625ilvl + tier set)
Going to “feel” completely different when geared.
No reason for heavy handed nerfs week 1.
Over-nerfing would just make them trivial and even more boring later on.
got it, you ignored everything I said and just want to believe the situation is impossible because you want the game to have no challenge.
