Are you even supposed to be doing T9+ right now? The item level for T9 is the same 603 as T8…

It has nothing to do with disagreeing with your perspective. It’s that you keep insisting that you need to group with strangers in order to complete delves. You do not, and never have. I do agree with many of your gripes in the sense that grouping shouldn’t be blatantly easier than solo in delves; but it is unequivocally not “another tier of group content [you] need to talk to strangers for.”
I’ll set aside the fact that it was never advertised as being just solo content, it was always content that could be completed for 1 - 5 players. Like I’ve said, it is reasonable to ask for content being done solo to not be materially harder than the same content being completed as a group. I’m happy to support that position.
I’ve told you what portion of your arguments I object to, because those aspects are simply not true. It might take you longer to reach a point where you can complete a tier 8 delve solo than you can with a group. But you will reach a point where you can complete a tier 8 delve solo, negating the need to interact with strangers. Take away the messaging about this “need” and I’m on board with what you’re saying.
Only on the WoW forums would people defend health and mob damage going down when adding more players, when it’s supposed to go the opposite direction. Health and mob damage should go up the more players you add, not down lol
I don’t think some of you are actually reading the thread and are just trying to argue.
Being hit by an uninterruptable spell for 24+ million damage isn’t a gearing issue, and even if it was, it’s not something that could be solved even if you had the best gear for the season.
And since Delves are supposed to be evergreen that means they will bump the difficulty or add tiers as we go, so this issue will persist throughout the entire expansion of Blizzard doesn’t do any turning.

Now you are backpedaling. I have been talking about T9-11 with the OP and you decided to get involved and talk about T8s.

Actually, by dismissing complaints of people doing Delves solo, and saying things like, “Just go get a group,” or “It’s a skill/ilvl/whatever issue” you are in fact defending exactly that.
People are flat out stating something is wrong with the current state of Delves when played solo and the response is a buttload of excuses to explain that there’s no problem.
Delve scaling is pretty wild. I know we often joke players are the beta testers. At this point, it is not a joke. It is the reality.
Finally? It’s a quote meaning I said it a while ago. Do you understand how the forums work? My arguments are still valid that not everyone is meant to hit the top tier. The points about ilvl, bran, tier sets, ect are all still very much valid.
T8 is such a joke that I’m wondering why normal raids even exist?
Just let people spam delves for easy 603s and start raids at heroic.

It is a skill issue if people are struggling to get to T8.

I don’t raid until Friday/Sat so delves are really nice. Get to come into the season raid with a ton of champion and vet gear already so we push hard week 1 if everyone is doing their jobs correctly. Normals are honestly just for early tier gear and good trinkets n stuff 
It isn’t just the higher levels. Ever since they opened up the higher tiers something’s going on with the lower ones.
The character I just took in I’ve been running these delves at tier 3 since they were level 71. I just had to be careful in a couple of the delves of some hard hitters. But now that character is lvl 77 with better gear and I’m getting two-three shot in tier 2 delves!
Something got messed up with the delve scaling.

Funny how Blizzard turned delves that were advertised as an activity for solo players into one that now benefits a group. Now we got people who hate solo players saying the same things they did about players pugging, “join a guild make some friends.” It’s hilarious.
