Delves in season 2 - are they not unlocked to S2 ilvl yet?

Wowhead and IcyVeins are saying that 11.1 delves should be open week 1 with levels 1-3. However I’m still seeing my season 1 levels and rewards.

Anyone know what the deal is?

Season 2 starts next Tuesday, we’re still in S1 since Zekvir’s influence affix is still present.
