I used the Delver’s bounty and when i complete the delve the Hidden Trove chest is locked. I’m not able to open it. it happen with both of my carachters . Palading and Mage.
Same, I don’t recall these being locked ever?
I encountered this same issue 16 June upon completion of a tier 11 Underkeep.
I tried reloading, exiting game, deleting the cache, as others suggested in separate threads but the hidden trove still remains locked.
So disappointing
edit: sigh, so i just tried combining 100 coffer key shards into a restored coffer key. the 100 shards were consumed but i did not get my restored coffer key
Same happened to me also - which ever delve I go in - bountiful - with Delvers Bounty buff, the Hidden Trove comes as “Locked” tried couple of delves as per the ticket response.
really frustrating… How are we supposed to gear up , if the gilded crest which is rightfully supposed to get is not awarded.

On my Fury Warrior (Frandra - Hellscream) I completed a T8 Skittering Breach. I looted a Delver’s Bounty and immideatly used it. The Buff showed up in the top right corner.
Next I completed a T8 Excavation Site 9.
At the end was the Hidden Trove and it was locked.
I logged out and back in, but it still remained locked.
The buff stayed, after I left ES9.
Next I tried it in a T8 (non-bountiful) Fungal Folly.
The Hidden Trove was at the end, locked.
Customer Support relayed me to this Bug Report Forum.
EDIT:
After reading other posts about this topic, I renamed my retail/Cache folder.
I redid the T8 Fungal Folly and the Hidden Trove at the end could be opened. Kinda disappointed about its ingredients, but that’s a totally other topic
