Hi All,
Is it me suddenly getting like, 40% weaker or has there been some kind of shadow-buff to viertually all delve content? I Typically stomp T11’s on my feral druid, now they seem to either take twice as long to go down, because all the mobs are now damage-sponges, or they simply stomp me (looking at you, Myco :-/).
Has anyone else been experiencing this?, I’m considering simply not running my dailes in hopes that it’s a temporary balancing issue.

I just noticed this while doing Sinkhole. It seems much more difficult than previously.

They fixed Brann’s hatarang ability that was just one-shotting everything. Delves are now a slog again.

There was a bug mobs were being insta killed.
I guess they just fixed it.

Bran’s Hatarang was bugged to be really lethal.
It was fine while it lasted, made filling the vault track a bit quicker… but we knew it would get fixed.
In a way it will be good, because I ran into a semi-regular thing where I was casting a big bomb like Ruination… and then all the mobs in the pull would get wiped out dead. (By the hat of doom, to be clear, not by my spell.)
(Before any of the usual suspects leap into the thread, speed and difficulty are not the same axis, content can be quicker or slower without changing in actual challenge.)

Ah, that would explain why my runs didn’t seem any different - I never got around to speccing into that bug.

A few people are mentioning Brann’s Hatarang, but I’m talking about general difficulty etc, mobs just take more damage and hit much harder at random.
Sadly delves are back to the worst quadrant though - the slow and not difficult combo.

I heard they fixed Brann’s hatarang one-shotting things. So, probably that.

i think the issue is that we got so used to branns one shotting that we might have gotten lazy in 11’s
there are some “mechanics” that i had forgotten last couple months that were avoided because brann deleted delve’s
other than that it kind of feels like it did before superbrann

Yeah I noticed this too. I was never exactly breezing through 11s before, but they seemed extra tanky and for no increased reward mind you. We haven’t even had the stat squish yet

I was wondering what was one shotting some mobs. Bosses included. I should have done the ??achievement
I figured they said screw it and made the hat super OP for the last season.

After testing this, I’m going to say it’s the hatarang.
Everything else feels the same on an 11.

I feel like mobs are taking significantly longer to kill as someone who wasn’t using hatarang anyway. Its not really harder, they are still easy but just taking a lot longer.

I didn’t know about this bug, lol! I also had his hat thing too, but it never dented the delve end of season boss, KY something.
So, I guess the bug only affected regular delves. Was curious why some mobs just died, was very weird. Fun while it lasted though.

OP has said at least 2 times he’s not now or ever used hatarang. He’s talking about an overall buff in all r11 delves. I have noticed this same buff in lower ranked delves as well.
