Not even a little bit. Most guilds aren’t wiping on the first few bosses in heroic and even for your best end of delve reward you are looking at a bounty 610 for a T8.
You get that from the first few bosses in heroic by default, not as a chance drop.
Almost nobody is going to be one-shotting ?? Zekvir in the same gear that guilds will be one-shotting the first few bosses in heroic raids.
