Delves are the only reason i bought TWW

The only reason i bought this expansion was for the delves offering solo content, and i fell for the hype they always do every expansion and they got me again.
Whatever they did to delves destroyed any enjoyment they where giving.

Went from clearing tier 9 on my way to tier 10 too i cant even clear a tier 8 anymore. ilvl 600.

I promise you guys at blizz will not sucker me into the next expansion, dont care if metzen is back nothing has changed. Its still beta on release date and and constant tuning to satisfy the 1% .

You honestly thought “challenging content” would be able to be fully cleared at pre raid ilvls?

Fortunately there are lower difficulties that should be a more appropriate level

hey random question but how are delves as a mage? thinking of leveling my mage

Do you just avoid pulling aggro on the boss? I’m curious how folks are doing this. On my Aff Lock I’ve done 6 T8 Delves, and on my Frost Mage I’ve cleared 4. For bosses I have Bran take aggro and heal and that seems to work but I have to be careful not to pull aggro (as a mage especially) so I put out DPS slowly and do a marathon boss run. Especially with bosses like Waxface.

So what has been your strategy? My Lock is ilvl 588 and my Mage is ilvl 584.

Honestly, same. I bought because of delves. I’m not struggling, but it’s a slog and mid at best so far.

That mid drops to ‘pretty bad’ when the balancing changes every 10 hours that introduces 13 new bugs via hotfix.

The double double of

  • nobody will take me in M+ groups

and

  • M+ is too hard nerf it but keep the rewards the same

I like them, they are great i dont have to list groups for m+ anymore , 616 vault from 8 is +7 keys vault

For the true casual player - who only plays a couple hours a week - delves will be fine and keep them entertained.

The self-proclaimed “casuals” on this forum who take 50 alts through LFR every week are not casuals.

They’re too big to fail. If they lose money they just fire people until profits are increasing again. We suffer more, more quit, but they don’t care; they can fire even more people.

If they’d change their design philosophy they wouldn’t have to do that, but every game has the “elites and esports only” design now and there’s nothing customers can do about it.
