Delver's Bounty won't activate message is unclear

Delver’s Bounty (tier 3) won’t activate. Displays message “You can’t do that yet”.

Edit: Changed the title. Turns out that I had one active. I suggest the message read, “You already have an active Delver’s Bounty.”

I’m getting the same message when trying to activate Delver’s Bounty (tier 4 and tier 7).

I cannot get my Delver’s Bounty to activate either.

I had the same issue. It turned out I had already activated a delver’s bounty map. Check your buffs to see if you already used one.

I figured that out last week and used it the other day.

The bug is that the message is unclear. Instead say, “You already have an active Delver’s Bounty.”
