Title pretty much sums it up, but why on earth are these RNG drops? A friend gets four of these (three in a row even) and gets four pieces on the next upgrade track, I figure cool these should be fun! 8 bountiful delves later, not a single drop. Yeah, turns out it isn’t fun to lock what is already RNG loot behind more RNG.
I’m sure there will be dissenters to this opinion, but we already accept a certain level of RNG to play and gear up through content, please stop adding more, or at least allow us to offset it by spending currency or acquiring them through a daily quest or something.

These maps guarantee the same track of gear EoD that you get from Delves in the weekly vault. They’re not going to give those away for purchase or the cost would be so absurd it might as well remain RNG.
It’s not like the design was handed down by a higher power and is immutable. People designed this, people could change it.
But the risk vs reward leans too much toward reward if we could farm / buy these maps that guarantee Hero track end of dungeon (basing this off the rarity of the items, not my personal opinion). Hero track is supposed to be this pillar’s peak reward, and once/week in the Vault.
Seeing more than 1-2 of these maps per week already seems like it’s too high. Your friend with 4 got extremely lucky.

Every resource I’ve seen says we can receive up to four of these a week. Why even let that many possibly drop then, based on your logic? Like I said, we already accept a certain level of RNG in gear. Why square the difficulty? We already get four cloaks in a row when opening these chests, what’s so bad about leveling the playing field?
Opening with “everybody who disagrees with me is a troll” isn’t a good way to share an idea.

Clearly there is an algorithm within wow, where it scans what gear you have before scewing the rng towards pieces you already have. Blizzard you should stop with AI bots and the army of opposing-view shills on here, Its Obvious
They need to be on a vendor just like the Zskera Vault keys eventually were. This is my one giant complaint about delves. Love the rest!

I think this would be a good option. We already get delver’s coin to buy WuE gear and stuff, let us choose.

It’s an item that causes a bonus chest to appear at the end of your next B.Delve. The value of the chest is based on the tier of the Delve you got the map in.
Why would it bother me? Those 4 pieces of hero track gear don’t take anything from me.
I’ll get hero track in M+ and raids as time goes on.
Oh… With my RNG history, I’ll probably never see one.
Ya this is beyond stupid how rng these maps are. Seeing people get 2-3 within the first 2 days and now going on 12 bountifuls without one on top of another 6 non bountiful tier 8 (to try to get a zekvir invasion…)…just feels real bad. It should have bad luck protection if its gonna be this low rng. People saying cap at 3… at this rate 1 would be lucky… Please increase the drop rate or give us bad luck protection to let us get the 3 a week that lucky players are getting.
