So I read that we are supposed to get one a week for sure now, I have ran about 10-15 delves now most at 11’s and I still have yet to get one. I know I can go buy the disruptor thing but when they say we get one a week, why do I need to spend my coins, not to mention all my keys are gone now too.

it took my alt eight to get theirs lol. my main and other two got theirs on the first delve. it’s definitely borked for some reason.
It is still RNG to have one drop. You don’t need a Restored Coffer Key to farm them, and it doesn’t have to be bountiful to have it drop either. Mine came from the Underpin in a +4 non-bountiful delve.
I got my warlock’s on my 9th delve and just got my paladin’s on my 4th. Not sure I’ll grind for my mage to get one though.

I have not gotten one on my priest alt, even though she’s done more delves than any of my other toons so far in the week.
I did get one on my druid, however.
I got them on some characters but I also didn’t get one on my priest even though that was one I was trying to get and did extra delves after I ran out of keys to try to get it.
I think the maps only drop from the 2 bountiful unlocked chests at the end since that’s what the UI says at the delves (it only shows maps as a possible drop at bountiful delves and the tooltip says it comes from the bountiful heavy boxes or whatever they’re called). edit: I guess someone said above they got one from a non-bountiful but the actual delve UI in game only shows the maps when you’re at a bountiful delve. 
This seems like an odd choice given the maps are limited to one a week per character and the RNG is seemingly so bad you could potentially not get one just from bountiful heavy boxes which are also limited per day.

Odd, I wonder what that “completing enough” equates to?

I bought the item to force the spawn, never again, spent 18k to get a trinket worse than a 626. 
I think it’s vague for a reason and they’ll never actually tells us lol.

Got a map the third delve on this toon. Got a map first one off the bat on my druid. I don’t expect to get this lucky all the time, ha.
Two of my characters have received the delver’s bounty this week. Both times it dropped off Underpin random spawns in the delve. I’ve done like 12-13 delves across my characters so far this week.
There’s an item that forces the miniboss spawn that drops the map.
You need some progress on the Delver’s Journey to be able to buy it.
That’s probably what they meant by “one a week after doing enough delves”.

Oh. I thought it was guaranteed within 3 delves because the weekly glided crest cap is 31 and the map gives 10.
Pretty sure the map gives like 4. I did a Delver’s Map and used all of my Keys before I got to 11s and I have 4 Gilded.
Map gives you 10 gilded if you used it in a T11.

You have to run an 11 with the map to get the full 10.
