I ran three bountiful 11s and no map, and I did open the key chest. I thought the map was a “guaranteed” drop every week, did I miss something?
Not 100%. Happened to me last week. If you want 100% summon the boss and loot the map from the chest once they are gone.

Ah, I’ll give that a go.
Go to Skittering Breach, set level as 1, don’t talk to any npc’s inside, go straight to waypoint stone.
Summon boss, one shot kill, easy map loot.

I have a feeling they are going to fix this method in future patches. It’s too good to last.
Guild has opened at least a dozen chests that were supposed to contain Delvers Bounty Map. ZERO ACQUIRED! All Bountiful Delves had Delver’s Bounty listed, everyone had keys and zero Delvers Bounty obtained by anyone. Everything was fine prior to this last weeks update!
Zero Boss spawns too.
I’ve run five bountiful 11s on one toon this week, and it’s not dropped yet. Very annoying. Now I’m capped on crests, except for gilded, which stop being rewarded after three, and there is no reason to keep running delves this week, except to hit 8 and to hope that the delver’s bounty drops. I don’t know why they make the decisions they do, but it feels off.
IIRC the ‘guarantee’ was that it would drop by the time your vault is full. If you want to save a Quartz then you’ve gotta run 8, but that gives so many undercoin you could have bought one anyway.
Why aren’t y’all using the Quartz in your third t11?

I ran 15 bountiful 11s this week across 5 different characters. I got just 1 map.
If you want the map your best option is to summon the boss and get it guaranteed.

dang you’re right. i think i’ve only had 1 or 2 Nemesis spawns in the past 2 weeks, when i used to get them every 2-4 T11 runs. seems like they nerfed everything. such a drag that they keep making things less rewarding and more tedious.
Be in a hurry, and you can bet she’ll spawn.
Also I know the statistical geniuses here are taking Flickergate skips into account for the reduced spawns. Right?

The other day I was in the spiral web and had shrunk the 3 goblinbots in the first room. Pulled and she popped…. Already was an overpull. Lasted longer than I thought but was overwhelmed.
I do think they nerfed the drop rate. Probably because they want us to use the Shrieking Quartz item more often. Last season, I was getting maps all the time without summoning the nemesis.
I’m not really feeling in hurry to provoke more appearances from the nemesis. I’m working on a live-and-let-live deal with her.
(But even though I’m only doing a couple of delves per week on each of a handful of characters, most of them seem to be getting their maps eventually)
How do you summon the boss?
Obtain a Shrieking Quartz and use it at the respawn stone near the end of the delve after you unlock it.
Shrieking Quartz can drop randomly from delves, or you can buy one for 2000 Undercoin at the vendor in Dornogal once your Delver’s progress is high enough.

Delvers map is not guaranteed unless you summon the boss.
Otherwise you are at the mercy of RNG.
Blizzard could have used better wording but you are not guaranteed one a week you can only receive and use one a week.
However I am sure most of you who have run dozens of delves with no drops probably have a stack of shrieking quartz in your bags. Use one get your map.

The item to summon nemesis seems to drop quite a bit more this seasons over last. I think I’ve got about 10 in my bank, whereas last season if I ever needed one I had to buy it.
But you looted multiple Shrieking Quartz. Shrieking quartz = Delver’s Bounty Map
And you could get tons of Undercoin. Just buy Shrieking Quartz from vendor for 2000 Undercoin.
