Clearing 11s, vault still says tier 8?

I don’t think the gear level goes up beyond 8, does it? The only benefit, as far as I’m aware, of doing 11’s, is for the higher level crests (and even then, they’re severely capped). So as far as the Vault is concerned, it makes no difference.

That is correct. The max reward given from the vault is for clearing level 8s.
