Delve title question

Ages ago I got the “Immortal Spelunker” title on my brewmaster. I decided today that I would jump on my shaman and get it on him, since after all I play him 99% of my game time. I jumped into delves and had to work my way up to 11 from lvl 9. Quickly did that and finished the Tier 11 with no deaths or issues.

I got the achievement for completing it with lives left (had all of them left) but I did not get the “Immortal Spelunker” title. Everything I can find says the title is still available, except for one forum topic here where someone thinks they recall it being removed but can’t find the information.

Does anyone know if the achievement was time sensitive or is it just bugged?

Titles are accountwide. Once you unlock it on one character, all your characters can use it.

Not this one. Unless it’s bugged, this is character specific.

How about Contract Killer? Half the info I’ve seen says yes and half says no. Even AI searches can’t agree.
