Whenever I do this delve in group I let ppl know you can use uw potion.
Seen too many ppl die from drowning. 
Doing this delve reminded me exactly of Sonic lol

I buy water breathing potions on AH! There are some super cheap ones that work just fine but some are like 900 gold for some reason. One I bought had multiple charges but I cant remember which one…

Draenei underwater breathing pots, about 40 gold on AH, lasts an hour.

They are expensive. Noggenfogger isn’t and it’s in Gadgetstan.

I still have several items from quests that allow for water breathing from previous expansions that I just never used and hung onto. Some as far back as TBC.
This is just going to re enforce my hording tendencies

How many days start to finish will it take you?

A few hours to do the story quests first day then a little less than 2 weeks doing the 3 dailies that take maybe 20 mins per day.

Do you wanna bet that they will nerf it or make it unable to work in delves
After people grinded out that much rep/time? That would be harsh.

They will probably make it so you take 5% more damage every second because “can’t have fun” reasons.
