I havent had a lot of chances to mess around these last 2 weeks.
Do delves have their own individual loot tables or they all one big one?
Run different delves for different gear or run the same one on repeat and have access to all delve gear?

From what I can tell, it’s one big loot pool when it comes to delves. Collectible stuff like transmogs and the like may be exclusive to a certain type of delve though.

You do T8 Delve vault is the same as 7-8 m+ so i aint doing no more m+

Eh, more like M+5.
7/8 is only in the vault (so only 1 piece a week)
I would argue that +5 is still too high though.

So I guess I am unqualified to answer your question
Why do any delves higher than 8?
Delves have their own trinkets at least that strictly come from delves, so I believe it’s their own loot table. I had weapon in my vault, specific for delves as well, wasn’t raid or pvp weapon.
I’d like to do the delves up to the point of getting the void version of the mount, but I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to manage that as a solo delver. My guild is dead and I don’t really have a group to go with, but maybe someday I can find someone, because that void form is cool. In the meantime, I just did a 6 in the fungal spore delve, didn’t do too bad, so will give 7 and maybe 8 a go today and see what happens. I’m not great at this stuff, stunk at things like the mage tower and higher level torghast, so we’ll see how quickly I get sick of it. 
Hoping the rewards are worth it in the end, especially as someone who doesn’t do raids or M anything.

Do delves have their own loot tables separate from other delves. Guess i could have worded that better in the OP.
Can i spam 1 delve and essentially fill all 14 slots? Or does Fungal not have legs and wrists and in order to get those slots i need to go one in Hallowfall for example
AFAIK Delves have their own loot tables. You won’t get raid stuff from their vault. You won’t get dungeon trinkets in the Delve slots.
Fun, challenge, or the solo tier 11 special boss cosmetic flying machine customization.
Gear wise. No point higher than 8.
I have run many delves on multiple characters, I’ve seen so many cloaks it’s crazy. If you want Versatility gear, delves are the place to get it. I’ve only received one piece of gear with good stats. and used one piece of 610 gear from a bounty to turn into a set piece.

Delves are EASY MONEY…I’m a casual and for the second week my vault will offer me Heroic gear, all from just delves. I’ve solo’d them unitl today (to T8), I’ll 5m them now. This week I’ve maxed my vault out at T8, giving me a 616…plus run TimeWalking for another gauranteed Heroic 610 (plus all the champion gear you may loot). dude this xpac is unreal for gear. My guy is 599 without doing a single heroic dungeon.

Well im 610 turned glove yesterday for tier piece rest of my gear are delves, i dont need key now only for mog chance (missing legs for arathi dark set) otherwise, i farm delves for runed crest, brann xp and maps for 610 item.
8 run 8+ delves = 1 upgrade for one piece of gear
