Many people don’t have the option to customize our mount. I have tried many loadouts, logged out, multi characters… nothing works.

Maybe silly, but on what mount did you try? Because the rewards are for the Season 1 Delve mount only.
Not silly. lots of people tried on the wrong mount.
I did every combo on the S1 mount I could think of + log out and back in to see if it would pop and nothing happened.

Same here. Did plenty of delves on multiple toons, both during and after the race. I have the achievement (though alliance only, for some reason, and only on my main—the first toon to log in after the race was complete) but no new delve mount appearance features, or any clear way to obtain them.
Looking at the season 1 delve mount, obviously.

I also received nothing. I had thought I was looking at the wrong dirigible to customize, but NONE of them have any new customizations.
Probably why Blizzard didn’t advertise this. The rewards, like most of the rest of the game, are broken.
Yeah I checked both Alliance and Horde and got the achievement on both but didn’t get the customization on either and submitted a bug report. Tried multiple things to try and checked using info someone provided on wowhead and while I have the achievement they codes stupid again so it isn’t tripping the flag for the hidden unmarked quest that unlocks the appearances on people’s accounts. If I plug in the right script it returns False for both. This the umpteenth time they’ve done this, happened with one weapon under the big Tree in Dragonflight, happened with the Black Netherwing Scales color, happening with this now. Wish they’d figure out how to code.

Yeah, still no update. I put in a ticket and they told me to post in here but that I probably wouldn’t get an update or response. Which makes me feel like they don’t care to fix it…
