I think for those folks there should be a lobby, that leads to other lobbies, where they can stand in line queued up for, you got it, another lobby. THAT lobby has a queue, and it leads to yet ANOTHER lobby, but this lobby is actually PVP-enabled, so you can fight other players for their spot in the queue, for the Final Lobby, that as you wait in the queue, and finally get called, you simply get handed a bag with a single loot item. It’s legendary, with 0 stats, and is named the Participation Trophy of Lobbies. It has an ilevel 20 points higher than anything else in the game, so they can boost their ilvl for M+ queues, but at the cost of an item with 0 stats.
You have to travel to each of them. It’s to give the sense of actually going out and exploring the world.
lol
I guess when there’s something to farm, everyone wants to make it faster and easier.
Delves were meant to be a thing that you could casually just explore on a whim not something that you try to find exploits to and farm.
“ Slow down, life is to be saved”
Dude you’re just mad that the idea of a concept exists… and you’re being a dick about it. He asked a question, he wasn’t assaulting your vaunted explore the world playstyle.
If I had my way I would take all the ques away and make them only work at the entry stones. People just sit in town and que and its dumb.
People should have to go to the dungeons or delve or do it
i’ll just be over here assuming everyone who has posted against the idea of having a queue ability for delves because such thoughts represent laziness has never used a summoning stone or a warlock summons. i mean, who wants to be lazy…
Make summon stones great again!!!
Fine, put a summoning stone outside of each Delve.
I personally wish we could just queue up for Delves also. Mostly because I don’t super enjoy them but I want to hit them up when I have both a quest for it and it’s a Bountiful Delve, but as far as I can tell there’s no way to get a listing of which delves are bountiful and the quest marker icon covers the map graphic so I end up having to fly around and check each one, which is a massive pain.
since we are apparently being pedantic today, there is no “outdoor” content row in the vault. It is called “world”.
blizzard themselves call delves “bite-sized world instances”.
we have had the ability to queue for instanced content for at least a few weeks now…
It doesn’t take very long to fly to the delves honestly, maybe 1-5 minutes. And just in case anyone doesn’t know, there’s a portal to Azj-Kahet in Dornogal which cuts down on travel time a lot. There’s also a blue sparkly slipstream between zones that makes you go faster.
i’ll be over here assuming all the people who have suggested that having a queue for delves is lazy are only using their ground mounts because flying is lazy
My guild still uses them.
I’m ok with this cause… There do be group delves too. Lol
thanks. didn’t know that.
… are you serious right now? Are we actually being this obtuse to not comprehend that world content is open world content, which is outdoor content?
Can you show me where dungeons are considered open world content? Can you show me where they’re at all on the same Vault row or considered open world?
No?
Didn’t think so.
Talk about pedantic… look to thine own self.
I’m fine with going to them. The areas aren’t that big and I use the portal to get to the Azj Kahet ones.
that phrase is direct from blizzard’s announcement of the content. they never used the word “outdoor”, regardless of how much you want to twist it around.
delves are not open world content whether or not you like it. they are instanced content.
the theater and flame lighting is open world content. delves are instanced.
they have lumped them together in the “world” row for the vault. not some non-existing “outdoor” row like you wrote.
if you want to be all trolly, you are going to get it right back.
Yes. They are. And part of the open world content Vault row.
Entirely separate.
Go to the entrance. Stop trying to turn this entire game into a lobby game.
Their entire purpose is to get people out into the world. So go out into the world.
Done and done.
Why? You don’t have to use the lobby if you don’t want to. Just like with dungeons, you can just fly and make groups on your own instead of using Looking for Dungeon or Looking for Raid.
Why would this even matter to you?
