Despite the NPC saying that the portals active would take you to bountiful delves, the portals seem to be completely randomized and not going to any bountiful delves. Was this changed to be completely randomized on purpose or is it bugged?

Same here - every time I go to the portal room the ones offered aren’t bountiful

I find the portals aren’t random - they are showing the previous day’s bountiful delve locations. Multiple guild members and other people I know are seeing the same thing.
Sometimes I find I can get it to update if I use a hearthstone or other port to a different continent map, but re-logging seems to revert it back to the previous days’ locations.
I’ve also noticed that the portals rearrange themselves in the room as you use them, you can tell easily be the position of the active vs consumed ones.
I’ve definitely seen this behaviour consistently since last week’s reset. I don’t recall if it was present the week before.

Ahh ok, that’s really weird. I really hope this is fixed quickly, was super excited about this feature since traveling to some delves can be a pain.
This is still happening
