Where do you get these, and is there a limit to how many you can get? I noticed like 2 in my bags last week, but one may have been there from before and I didn’t notice.

You get them when the Seasonal Delve Nemesis boss shows up in your delve run. You don’t need to actually beat them, even if you died, they’ll still leave a chest with the map. You can ONLY get 1 map per week per character. But you can also force Nemesis boss to show up with Beacon of Hope, which can drop from higher level bountiful chest and guarantee reward from completing 3 Nightmare Prey weekly quest. Hence always do that weekly quest before doing Bountiful.
There’s also a chance of a map dropping from a bountiful chest.
