I think the mythic keystone from delves is a way to balance out how high people will be pushing keys this season. More plus 2s will keep the title score closer to 3400.
We could all do our part and everyone make 1000 alts who only does untimed 2s then every player would get title lol
This reminds me of all the low rank dummy characters in Classic that made it easier to get High Warlord.
