Bumping this in case Blizzard cares. I can’t complete this quest despite logging in and out and doing the delve three times.
Started one of the new delves at T8…Branns abilities are grey. Thank you Blizzard, your on track again for delves.
anyone find a fix for this yet? can’t really progress without being able to complete this quest.

Bumping this bc ALL THREE of my highest leveled characters are stuck here. I just got the game on sale and am stuck here on all my toons. I’m forced to do professions and be bored
a bump for today because… yeah, i’m stuck here on dayrin and it’s super annoying
A game master replied to me saying they know about the issue, maybe they are fixing it now?

servers are back up after maintenance and its still broken

Can confirm maintenance has changed nothing, still cannot progress the war within on any character

So in game customer support apparently sees the issue. Last update was 5hr ago.

This has been happen to me since last day.
This happen to me because i have one character that finish this quest before, so to solve i just remove my second character(that one with the quest buged) from the campsite(In the character selection).
I don’t know if will work for all here but can help to find a solution.

Its fixed but youll have to full exit the game, reload isnt enough

Hello! having the same issue. Temporary fix for this is to go to Dornogal, and find bran who is just northeast of the flightmaster. From there you should be able to give him a role and o the delve.
I went to the Delves headquarters in Dornogol; Brann doesn’t talk to you though his item box is next to him. It still did not work for me.
