If you are like me you probably went into solo Delves thinking Spriest wasnt the best class. Like we dont have pet’s to tank for us or easy ways to heal in combat like a Ret/DK/WW… we ramp slower than most bursty classes and we have a long CD on interrupt. Oh boy.
Theres 1 spell you have to know and love and that spell is FADE.
Every 20 seconds you drop combat for 10 seconds to Brann. My strategy has been to stand at far range, Shadow Crash a pack of mobs (I just did this on a level 9 Anub’vir with 25 million health, 3 bug adds with 12? million each, 2 casters with 11 million all in 1 pack…) You have to burst… Shadow Crash, Mind Blastx2, Halo, Void Eruption, Power Infusion… you probably wont cast all that before the mobs reach you as we have no slows so you need to fade it into Brann when they arrive at your location and possibly interrupt a caster that started casting as you shadow crashed… Once youve faded and repositioned you gotta MUNCH these guys as 10 seconds later they are coming for you. Once they turn on you just use your defensives… I have Vampiric Embrace and Desperate Prayer macro’d together and I usually go to that one first cause I can tank and do damage a bit with it. Dispersion is like “Fade has a CD I need to live”… once you go that Fade they snap back to Brann and you got another 10 seconds to let the big dog eat.
You only have a couple personal defensives to rotate in between Fade, position yourself maximally so they snap aggro over a long distance, and let that beautiful juicy Psychic Link just take everything down while you cackle manically with 300apm.

Dominate Mind is FANTASTIC. I cannot stress it enough how wonderful of a tool we have. Any difficult or elite mobs can be MC’d and used as a second tank + solid damage dealer. Use fade and you can usually drop threat to Brann, your idle, or your new pet.
