Delirum is out of date (frost dk pvp talent)

Delirum hasn’t been updated since it realeased like 10 years ago.

For example, delirum does not effect Evokers hover at all.

When a player picks this talent, whether it be in arenas, shuffle, or in the upcoming bg blitz mode, they are expecting it to help them maintain uptime on classes such as evoker or mage… but because it hasn’t been updated, it does nothing except waste a valuable pvp talent slot.

Can we please update delirum so that it does what it says it does.

It does effect pretty much everything else though right?

I don’t have a list of works that aren’t included but as far as I know it works on most mobility abilities. Hover may not be effected but rescue is, so not sure if that is just a slip up by them. What isn’t effected by it on mage? Pretty sure all the blink abilities are effected, do they have something else I’m missing?
