I’m blind in one eye, and I try and try and try to fit into this game. But being partly blind in one eye is terrible for gaming (especially for me) I have been playing this game since 2009 and I tried every single add-on possible and nope none to my liking. The reason why I want to delete this account is because I simply don’t care anymore. I don’t understand mechanics I just click buttons. I’m old 40, and my vision is hindering me from playing this game so yes i am frustrated. I honestly, truly don’t care if I lose this account. The game is not enjoyable or fun, its too grindy and most people in the WoW community will kick you from a dungeon if you mess up a few times which happened to me yesturday so i’m like wtf ever. I’m not into grindy competitive gear score. i’m more of a casual sit back and have fun and do dungeons. But even when queuing up for dungeons you get entitled elitist people who will kick you for no reason if you’re not doing the mechanics properly or keeping up with the group. happened twice … Only two games I have are Diablo 4 and this game and I spent $90 on the war within expansion and that was a mistake lol… I’m just being truthful about myself and how I am not having fun and I don’t really care about this company nor the games anymore… Maybe going outside and touching grass might be the best advice. This is just my own opinion and how I truly feel. I only played it because my friend kept wanting me to play it but now i am throwing in the towel.

the problem is you tried because of a friend. it has to come from you to work at all 
also if youre blind and need to take things at your own personal pace, an MMO isnt the best idea. could have much better experience with something like BG3.

Have you tried delves? There’s still great solo content you can participate in. You sound upset right now, so before you delete your account, maybe give it a moment so you don’t make a hasty decision you may regret later.
One of my friends has severe sight issues one one of his eyes and he plays on a decent level (10s/aotc) so it is doable, just pugs suck as usual

My husband only has one eye and is 54. He plays circles around me.
I have a TBI and can easily navigate this game.
The game is what you make of it. We’re casual gamers and we basically stick to our guild.
This sounds like you simply regret investing money into a game. Your ROI was not worth the initial investment.

Sorry about your vision. I do know it sucks to lose it slowly. I listen to audiobooks now since it’s just easier. Always a bright side though: I discovered the Jeff Hayes narration of Dungeon Crawler Carl that way.
