Well that was a lie.
(1) its 2 global CDs. One to use it and one to apply it.
(2) It doesn’t even show on the skill the cooldown when you use it leaving you to guess how much longer you have until you can use the skill again.
It also only copies Agony, Unstable affliction, and Corruption. Thats all.
And it also puts Corruption on you. LOL smh. Big L.

You are mixing Soul Tap with Soul Swap…
