Deleted my Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve Help!

So I am a returning player, I have been gone for 3 years. I got back to lvling my toon and gearing them, all be it with not much information read, I jumped in with 2 feet.

I was asked why I didn’t have my Cloak yet by a friend and I then looked into the quest line. In fact I had done the quest line and received the clock, but remembered I had deleted it as it was not the same lvl of stat that I was wearing…(I know Noob act)

I have put a ticket in asking for them to either send me it , or allow me to do the quest line again.

4 days later I get a ticket reply to come here! like you guys can help me with this, I doubt but maybe…

I have gone into my account to try and get it back but as I did not sell it it is not there, any other ideas other than redoing my ticket…

This is on alt toon Warmissie.

How is this possible? I just tried to delete mine and the game won’t let me. Are you sure you did the quest to completion?

Nope, Its not there, I can only assume as I deleted it… I have gone back since I started to play again which is only now 4 weeks and looked.

I call BS, it can’t be destroyed. If you were to drag the cloak and try to drop it outside boundaries you get the message “That item cannot be destroyed” like the legion artifacts and your Heart of Azeroth Necklace, you can’t get rid of them EVER.

You cannot delete it.

you havent done it. In order to do it you have to unlock essences, which boosts your heart to 35. So you havent done it

I wondered this. I’ve never tried to destroy it, so I figured I’d err on the side of caution and post the item restoration link.

Yup just tried. It says “That item cannot be destroyed.” just like artifact weapons.

ok, so if you guys are saying I can’t delete it, even when asked to type it in, I must be wrong. and retrace the quest line again.
But I do remember Mother giving me something and me checking my stats and deciding to delete it.

You can’t destroy/delete legendary items.

Seeing as the quest for it was added in 8.3 there’s no way you could have done it 3 years ago either.

It starts out base ilvl of 470. What the heck did you have before you got the legendary cloak? Especially as a returning player only back a few weeks.

Mother doesn’t give you the cloak, Wrathion does. You get it after you go into the scenario thingy in Blackwing Decent with him.

You DON’T have it. Your neck is too low for you to have done prerequisite quests.

Also the fact that the ticket sent you here is very strange if true. Customer service telling you to just go to the forums is really weird. If you still have trouble open another ticket and tell them you need them to resolve it, not the forums.
