This sounds fantastic, the Alliance crews are just now starting come together so I'm gonna be honest and say it might take us a while to "git gud" and get that chemistry going on.

A planned event, i think it could work out decently. While i am not the biggest fan of TAE, i would like to think they would honor the rules set.

willing to do watever wen im on as long as its not laggy… and can usually get a group of hammers during the evening hours... my schedule sucks so my only for sure times are sunday made... and even then cbh cta takes priority... but maybe we can drop in on these every other cta and again... if u cant find me due to my rediculous schedule, there is also darkale, bargrim,rhusty, emma, and of course bru... but the hammers are usually interested in mixing it up if prior engagements arent occuring already...

Depending on the day our numbers, as Arnydyn mentioned, could be anywhere from 20-40, but regardless we'd make a decent showing.
I like the suggestion of doing it in a non-BFA zone to prevent sharding. Another aspect would be Warmode:OFF and PVP:ON. Based on the dev's comments in a few interviews it's the best we could hope for similar to old RP-PVP.
Fort Triumph/Desolation Hold in Southern Barrens is another excellent location for such a fight given the proximity of the GY's. Done similar stuff there before with great results.

Hopefully you will post this in the RP Discords. I would be interested in some fun planned wpvp. There might be others from RWT that would like to come along. Hopefully there is room for a few more horde players.

This sounds like a amazing idea, but if a random group of horde or alliance are in the area because of warmode changes they won't know this was planned and things might get interrupted how will you prevent that?
There is another thread like this going in the warmode section under warmode on: world pvp challenge WBL did not show interest over there so now if they show interest here that can be an indication of dodging them but you are pursuing it here so that is great!!!
Warmode off the majority of the alliance are in warmode off that might not work too.
But it might be a good idea to inform various different alliance/horde guilds on different realms the main ones to not disrupt this event, if they don't know they might think its a random fight and jump in. There are always LFG people on emerald dream and if someone sees both factions fighting someone might tell other alliance/horde players.
You should find out the main alliance/horde guilds on different realms and inform them that this is ED event only and request them not to disrupt it. We can hope for the best.

Its avoided by holding the event in the Blasted lands.. a generally unoccupied zone. As well as doing it with warmode OFF and pvp ON which ensures the only off realmers there will have to be force added by lfg or someone inviting them from their friends list.
To clarify, pre BFA zones are not phased or shared between ED and other servers.
Also, I'd be comfortable betting that any attempt to broadcast this to other servers in the Hope's of lessening the likelyhood of interruption will certainly result in the opposite.... IMO.
