The invasions rotate. I believe it’s 12 hours following the end of the invasion. Sometimes they spawn at odd hours for the States, too.

Yes, they do last for seven hours. I did one last night.
7 hours up, 12 hours down. It can be a mess for everyone. Especially when one starts at midnight and that’s when you’re going to bed.

7 hours on, 12 hours off. They’ll hit everyone around the world at some point that’s convenient for different schedules and time zones.

While it may not explicitly stated, you can check google for a “WoW BFA invasion timer” and it will give you the sequence and active times.

What does a server transfer have to do with when the Assaults happen?

Wowhead has the assault timer on the front page, near the top. Along with other important things to know like weekly mythic affixes, progression of guilds on raids, things like that.

if you can afford to move half way across the world, you should be able to transfer a few toons.

Just knocked out an invasion…from work. Just picked up an Acer Nitro laptop and can easily monitor screens at my job while multi-tasking on a few WQ. Tomorrow I’m gonna try dpsing in my guild raid. Gonna have the conference room all to myself as I simultaneously pull research from the web.
Projector screen or just a really big TV in the conf. room?

I always miss them because wiring schedule forces me to play super early.
But that is literally irrelevant. Every 4 days at least 1 invasion will happen at any specific time and every week it will happen twice.

I’m in the US, so I also miss most of the incursions because they rotate. More often than not they’re happening in the early morning hours and/or while I’m at work. Same thing happened with Legion invasions. It wasn’t a big deal then, it’s not a big deal now.
