I guess to some players, but if benthic gear is your end-game then you don’t need to worry about essences anyway.
Benthic gear is BiS gear for many people right now and has been for months. A level 110 that doesn’t even have the Heart of Azeroth achievement shouldn’t be commenting on end-game related topics.
For the raid there are a few pieces that are bis for a few specs, for the rest of the game that gear is trash.

You act like that means that every request will be granted, regardless of how stupid they are. They have already responded to this request and just because you don’t like their answer doesn’t mean they didn’t hear you.

I can’t do that, I won’t be doing the next raid because this expansion has been a serious letdown. It finished off my dying server and now I’m waiting until that’s fixed before I even think about playing this again.
