Hopefully you find a guild that takes people’s opinions into consideration dood. Good riddance, I suppose. Hopefully you didn’t make too many friends there, but it doesn’t seem like it.

under normal circumstances, yes. however, I did the fight and you have no need to see p3 until you can cleanly do p2. because you’ll need a good amount of progression in p3. And you’ll need to reach it properly in consecutive pulls.
i don’t believe in learning p3 before you know p2.
yes, i know Max did that for Liquid’s prog but they grasp content at a slightly different rate than your guild does. Let’s not pretend a RWF approach works for you. They were gathering data for the analyst team. you don’t have an analyst team.

sounds to me like you shouldn’t be there at all so… you can lust whenever you want. p2, p3, p1, during trash, while food buffing… it all ends in the same cold wait for the mass-rez.

For reference, s/he’s a holy priest and was doing in the ballpark of 70k each pull, not 40. Still not what’s necessary for that fight, but if you’re going to publicly shame people, at least don’t be disingenuous about it. Healing while raid leading isn’t exactly easy. I’m sorry you were kicked, though based on this thread, I doubt it was only because you suggested a change in your strat. Even so, Bloodlust wasn’t going to save your p2 wipes.
First p2 wipe was DoA with three deaths in p1. Then your raid leader dies in the void?
Second p2 wipe, you died first without using a healing potion. Then your devoker, yes, from a lack of healing.
Third p2 wipe, your raid leader dies twice. No pot, no DP, no GS. That one’s on him.
First p3 wipe, your devoker gets obliterated p1. Unfortunate. Then your rogue dies in the void? And the boss melees your ret pally. No sense continuing from there, but you guys did anyway. People start dropping to Oblivion stacks until an add gets a cast off and it’s RIP. Kind of an institutional failure on that one.
Fourth p2 wipe, your devoker dies to bomb damage in p1, then your RL just dies to passive Oblivion damage.
Fifth p2 wipe, you die in the void.
Sixth p2 wipe, a bomb explodes. Also the boss meleed your warrior.
Then your devoker gets bullied again and you lose a tank, no bres, RIP.
^Rinse and repeat.
Devoker dies again and you guys miss an interrupt.
Warrior dies to a lack of healing.
It goes on. My point is, the entire group needs to improve, and you’re here singling out your raid leader. Is your priest very good? Based on these logs, no. But you have people dying to p1 bombs and the following transition. No amount of healing is going to give the rest of your raid any sort of situational awareness, nor will using Bloodlust in p2. You got booted and you obviously weren’t happy in that environment, anyway. Find a new group and move on.

Before even looking into I can already assume you die with GotaK and Bubble off cd all the time. I’d bet you miss 30 Ardent defender windows per dungeon. if you’re dying as prot paladin, you’re literally not trying.

For real though if you don’t like a guild just leave. I was in a guild that called themselves a “CE Guild” which didn’t actually get it til last week or so of the season and they raided 3 or 4 hour a night 3 nights a week. They also did loot council and gave everything to the officers first who were generally not nearly as good as they pretended they were. I just said thanks for having me, but I’m not enjoying myself and I started my own guild. Don’t need to go complaining on a forum about them.
I would agree with everyone else here that you probably got kicked for your attitude more than making a suggestion, which is legitimately a bad one. Lusting in p2 just to deal with adds is pointless. I can see doing it so that you can get to p3 by getting his hp down rather than waiting on energy but if you don’t have the mechanics down in p2 you’re not going to get them in p3 either.

it’s a lie. it’s obviously someone from that group. They always called me things like metth head, accused me of stealing catalytic converters, etc. All because i have a southern accent. I’m from Nashville. if anyone is racist it’s them.
